Boot Camp
With this high-intensity, cardio-and-strength training, integrated bootcamp, EVERY individual—no matter the fitness level—will be pushed to his or her own calorie-burning potential! Each movement's intensity is progressed or regressed on an individual basis, so although you are in a group setting, it will feel as though you are in a one-on-one session! With our "time-based movement" method, everyone will have a chance to push themselves to the max, and find their own inner Lion!

Do a workout without dreading it! There is nothing like a Zumba party to change your day and burn some calories without a hint of 'workout dread'!
Zumba is a great way to: exercise, lose weight, reduce stress, feel happy, socialize, learn something new, and of course HAVE FUN! Let's ditch the workout and join the PARTY!

Yoga-bells™
Yoga-bells™ is a Kettlebell (A kettlebell is a traditional Russian cast iron weight looking a bit like a cannonball with a handle) and Hatha Yoga fat-busting fusion class. You do not need to know how to do either yoga or kettlebell to take this class.
High intensity Kettlebell followed by Yoga during your active recovery never wastes one minute of this one-hour class. Yoga-bells™ uses the highly sucessful interval system to build aerobic and muscular strength in one class.
Use of differently weighted kettlebells makes this class available to almost anyone. If you have your own mat or kettlebell bring them along, otherwise we will have a variety available.
