Zumba Gold: A Kinder, Gentler Zumba
Look and Feel Great — Get in Shape — Have a Blast — Dance Your Cares Away!
Zumba Gold is a low impact, less intense version of the Latin-inspired basic Zumba, tailored to the needs of Zumba beginners, Boomers, deconditioned adults and the active, older adult.
Zumba Gold is for everyone who likes to dance and no partner is required. It is easier on the body than basic Zumba yet retains the full effect of the Latin flavor. Just like basic Zumba, Zumba Gold incorporates dance fitness routines to the Latin and International rhythms of merengue, salsa, cumbia, belly dance, flamenco and tango. There are also elements of jitterbug, swing, cha-cha, hustle, twist and hip hop. All are performed at low intensity.

Boot Camp
Boot Camp is a military style workout that mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval and strength training to create a fun, intense, fat-burning workout!
At the beginning of each class we prepare you and your body for the workout with a series of dynamic (active) stretching exercises.
We'll mix up your workout with a combination of conditioning drills, plyometrics and resistance exercises. Not only does this help keep your heart rate up for fat burning, these drills will help to develop fast movement and precision reflexes.
Plyometics develops power in movement and resilience.
Examples of drills and plyometics:
- sprints
- running sideways or backwards
- box jumps
- shuffles
- vertical jumps, long jumps
- medicine ball exercises
- hopping, skipping.

Power Yoga
Interested in improving your strength, balance, and flexibility? Come to Power Yoga! Power Yoga is a fast paced Vinyasa flow class that will get our heart rates up, challenge our muscles, and focus our minds. Both modification and extension options will be given so as to accommodate all levels. No experience necessary! Hand weights optional, and can be used to up the intensity. You will leave feeling great both mentally and physically!
If possible, please bring your own yoga mat.

Deliver Me Fit! - Pre-Natal Class
Deliver Me Fit's fitness class will benefit both the mother and the baby. By exercising, the body will be healthy and that will be passed to the fetus. The most basic benefit from this class is improved muscle strength. When muscles are stronger, the body is more prepared for labor. Stronger muscles, especially in the lower half of the body has been said to help make the pushing process go faster. Strong back muscles will reduce or prevent back pain which many pregnant women are prone to have.
Exercising will also help to keep the weight gain in a healthy range and reduce the risk of pregnancy related complications. Deliver Me Fit is a fun class that combines strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, pilates and power yoga. This energetic and challenging class is great for building strength, stamina balance and flexibility throughout your pregnancy.

Not Your Mama's Workout! - Post-Natal Class
Are you ready to sweat? Strengthen your body, lose the baby weight, and feel like yourself again with a circuit-style workout designed just for new moms.
Not Your Mama's Workout! class is designed to meet the needs of mothers with new babies who are 6 weeks to 6 months post-partum and beyond. The 60-minute class incorporates total body strength and conditioning and will include a progression of exercises that strengthen pelvic floor, lowerback and abdominal muscles.
